Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 8, 2019. Motion by the respondent to direct the appellant to serve the record upon the respondent and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before April 7, 2022, the appellant shall serve the record upon the respondent and file proof of service via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
