Appeals from an order of fact-finding of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 4, 2021, and an order of disposition of the same court, dated June 17, 2021, under Family Court Docket No. N-5851-2016. Motion by the appellant to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the appeal is also from an order of disposition of the same court dated June 17, 2021, under Family Court Docket Nos. N-5848-2016, N-5849-2016, and N-5850-2016, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the appeal is also from an order of disposition of the same court dated June 17, 2021, under Family Court Docket Nos. N-5848-2016, N-5849-2016, and N-5850-2016, is granted, and the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that the appeal is also from the order of disposition of the same court dated June 17, 2021, under Family Court Docket Nos. N-5848-2016, N-5849-2016, and N-5850-2016 (see CPLR 5520[c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), and by serving the appellant's brief, and uploading a digital copy of the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, is extended until April 22, 2022.
