Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 1, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 13, 2019. By opinion dated November 23, 2021, the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and order of this Court and remitted the matter to this Court for further proceedings. Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
