| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2021, and December 9, 2021, respectively. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they have been rendered academic or, in the alternative, to enlarge the record to include certain documents, to impose a sanction upon the appellants' counsel, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to dismiss the appeals, to enlarge the record and to sanction the appellants' counsel are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic, as the appeal under Appellate Division docket no. 2021-05091 has been perfected (see22 NYCRR 1250.1[4]).
