Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief and to adjourn oral argument on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered May 5, 2021,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time for appellant to file and serve a reply brief in accordance with this Court's rules is extended to April 20, 2022,and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument is granted and the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for March 29, 2022 and is added to the calendar for the term commencing September 6, 2022.
