Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 22, 2020. Motion by the appellant Theodore Leboo, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the plaintiff Ethell Scott, a/k/a Ethel Leeboo, also is an appellant and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
