Motion by Lynda Chervil, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated December 10, 2020, which determined an appeal from a final judgment of the City Court of the City of White Plains, Westchester County, dated May 11, 2018, and to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
