Appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated September 18, 2020, and March 8, 2021, respectively. Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, for leave to renew and reargue his prior motions to hold the appeals in abeyance, pending certain proceedings in the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 23, 2021, and December 30, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
