Motion by appellant to stay all proceedings pending the determination of an appeal from the orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 19, 2021, and February 26, 2021, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before May 20, 2022; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by May 20, 2022, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice and may serve such application in person.
