DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 29, 2021. Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to extend the time to serve and file a brief until 30 days after a determination by the Court of Appeals in actions entitled Schoch v Lake Champlain OB-GYN, P.C., Case No. APL-2020-00169, Columbia Memorial Hospital v Hinds, Case No. APL-2021-00001, Maple Medical, LLP v Scott, Case No. APL 2021-00045, Maple Medical, LLP v Goldenberg, Case No. APL-2021-00046, Maple Medical, LLP v Arevalo, Case No. APL-2021-00047, Maple Medical, LLP v Sundaram, Case No. APL-2021-00048, Maple Medical, LLP v Mutic, Case No. APL-2021-00049, and Maple Medical, LLP v Youkeles, Case No. APL-2021-00050.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that within 30 days after a determination by the Court of Appeals in actions entitled Schoch v Lake Champlain OB-GYN, P.C., Case No. APL-2020-00169, Columbia Memorial Hospital v Hinds, Case No. APL-2021-00001, Maple Medical, LLP v Scott, Case No. APL 2021-00045, Maple Medical, LLP v Goldenberg, Case No. APL-2021-00046, Maple Medical, LLP v Arevalo, Case No. APL-2021-00047, Maple Medical, LLP v Sundaram, Case No. APL-2021-00048, Maple Medical, LLP v Mutic, Case No. APL-2021-00049, and Maple Medical, LLP v Youkeles, Case No. APL-2021-00050, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the motion is otherwise denied.
