Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered February 9, 2022.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that my decision and order on motion dated March 23, 2022, is amended by adding the following as the second decretal paragraph thereof:
"ORDERED that the defendant or his representative may post bail in this matter by depositing said bail with the Rockland County Sheriff's Office at the Rockland County Correctional Center, located at 51-57 New Hempstead Road, New City, New York; the Rockland County Sheriff's Office shall not decline to accept said bail on the ground that the appellant, Ryan Leslie, is not currently located at the Rockland County Correctional Center; upon accepting said bail, the Rockland County Sheriff's Office shall issue a receipt for the bail to the person or entity posting the bail, and electronically transmit a copy of the bail receipt to the New York State Department of Correctional and Community Services; and it is further,"
