It is hereby ORDERED that David Pajak, Esq., 13179 Broadway Street, Suite 2, Alden, New York 14004, is substituted as counsel in the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered August 26, 2021, in place of Todd Monahan, Esq., for the purpose of oral argument and any motions or applications as may be necessary or appropriate to the prosecution of the appeal; and
It is further ORDERED that the Oneida County Clerk provide David Pajak, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
