ORDERED that the order on certification dated March 30, 2022, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Gianna B. from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 14, 2022. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Nicole D. Gadbois dated February 28, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Michelle Bruno is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall promptly attempt to contact the respondent Michelle Bruno at the address provided by the Court, and shall notify the Case Manager assigned to the appeal on or before April 25, 2022, in writing, that she has done so and that either

(1) the respondent Michelle Bruno is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Michelle Bruno is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
