It is hereby ORDERED that, upon the Court's own motion, the dismissal of the appeal is vacated, and

It is hereby ORDERED that Veronica Reed, Esq., 2320 Nott Street East, Unit 9591, Schenectady, New York 12309-7223, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered April 26, 2021, in place and stead of Eileen P. Perry, Esq., and

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before April 29, 2022.
