Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 23, 2015, and an order and judgment of foreclosure and sale (one paper) of the same court entered December 13, 2017, which were determined by decision and order dated November 27, 2019. Application by Sarina Sheth Noone, as administrator of the estate of Chandrakant Sheth, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Chandrakant Sheth, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Sarina Sheth Noone, as administrator of the estate of Chandrakant Sheth, is substituted for the deceased appellant Chandrakant Sheth, and the caption is amended accordingly.
