| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Justin M. Pinck for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Pinck was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on January 24, 2007, under the name Justin Michael Pinck. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 20, 2015, Mr. Pinck was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, commencing June 22, 2015, based on the discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Justin M. Pinck's character and fitness to practice law.
