| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Kenneth B. Schwartz for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Schwartz was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 30, 1984. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 7, 2019, Mr. Schwartz was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing September 6, 2019, based on five charges of professional misconduct.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Kenneth B. Schwartz's character and fitness to practice law.
