Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 9, 2019, and a judgment of the same Court dated October 26, 2021. Motion by Eric L. Jerome and separate motion by Nephro-Care, LLC, to consolidate the appeals, or in the alternative, to direct that the appeals be calendared together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to consolidate the appeals are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that branches of the motions which are to direct that the appeals be calendared together are granted and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
