Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 4, 2022. Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, and to enjoin the respondent-appellant from enforcing a judgment of the same court dated August 3, 2020, and issued in a separate action entitled Kopelowitz v Moskowitz, Index No. 527036/2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
