Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 20, 2018. Application by Janice Revellino, as administrator of the estate of Dominick Revellino, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Dominick Revellino, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Janice Revellino, as administrator of the estate of Dominick Revellino, is substituted for the deceased respondent Dominick Revellino, and the caption is amended accordingly.
