It is hereby ORDERED that Mark Funk, Esq., Monroe County Conflict Defender, 16 East Main Street, 6th Floor, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered December 20, 2021, in place and stead of the Monroe County Public Defender, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Mark Funk, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
