Appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 5, 2021, and a judgment of the same court dated January 4, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the decision dated October 5, 2021 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
