| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 9, 2020, and April 24, 2020, respectively, and appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the same court, dated June 4, 2020, and August 12, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeals and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and cross appeals is granted and the appeals and cross appeals will be calendared expeditiously.
