ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court entered April 25, 2022, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 24, 2022, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "February 25, 2022" and substituting therefor the date "April 25, 2022."
