| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 28, 2022. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to stay enforcement of the portion of the order prohibiting the appellant from having any contact with the subject children is granted, enforcement of that portion of the order is stayed and the appellant is permitted to have nightly private calls with the subject children provided that, during such calls, she shall not denigrate the respondent or the Supreme Court, Orange County, and shall refrain from any communication with the children regarding the subject matrimonial action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
