| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated February 10, 2022. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and to stay enforcement of so much of the order as granted the respondent visitation with the parties' child, beginning February 19, 2022, every other Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to a stay of enforcement of so much of the order as granted the respondent visitation with the parties' child, beginning February 19, 2022, every other Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., is granted, and that portion of the order is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
