Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 30, 2021, which determined an appeal from an amended decision and order of the Civil Court, Kings County, dated October 9, 2018, and to stay all proceedings of the Civil Court, Kings County, dated October 9, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the decision and order of the Appellate Term is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
