Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed as moot and are removed from the Court's calendar.
Memorandum: The sole contention of defendant, as limited by his brief, is that the sentence imposed is harsh and excessive. Because defendant has completed serving that sentence, his appeals are dismissed as moot (see People v Mackey, 79 AD3d 1680, 1681 [4th Dept 2010]; People v Griffin, 239 AD2d 936, 936 [4th Dept 1997]).
