Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 19, 2021, and two judgments of the same court dated March 26, 2021, and March 29, 2021, respectively. Motion by the respondent Interfaith Medical Center to dismiss the appeals for failure to timely perfect. Separate motion by the respondents Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Kingsbrook Rehabilitation Institute and Rutland Nursing Home, Inc., to dismiss the appeals for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied as unnecessary, as the appeals were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
