Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 14, 2021. Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and, in effect, to stay the distribution of any surplus proceeds due to the respondent, Robert H. Wilgosz, from the sale of certain real property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
