ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated April 18, 2022, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 18, 2022, is amended by deleting from the Ind. No. in the caption thereof the number "271/2021" and substituting therefor the number "270/2021," and by deleting from the first sentence the year "2018" and substituting therefor the year "2022."
