Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered June 16, 2021, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve respondent's brief, is granted and the time for respondent to file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules is extended to May 3, 2022, and
It is further ORDERED that a reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before May 9, 2022, and
