Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 21, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to compel the transfer of certain documents from the Supreme Court to this Court and, in effect, to enlarge the record to include certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to compel the transfer of certain documents from the Supreme Court to this Court is denied as unnecessary, as this Court has been provided with the original papers constituting the record on appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
