Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated September 17, 2020, January 4, 2021, and January 13, 2021, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 18, 2022, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals was extended until April 4, 2022. The appellants have failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.

BARROS, J.P., CHAMBERS, MILLER and ZAYAS, JJ., concur.
