Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2019, February 6, 2019, and March 6, 2019, respectively. The appeal from the orders dated January 24, 2019, and February 6, 2019, were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissals of the appeals from the orders dated January 24, 2019, and February 6, 2019, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals. Cross motion by Zegen & Fellenbaum to preclude the appellant from making further motions without prior permission of the Court. Separate motion by the respondent Robin Goeman to dismiss the appeal from the order dated March 6, 2019, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions and cross motion are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated March 6, 2019, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order issued ex parte (see CPLR 5701, 5704).
