Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 14, 2016. Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of a certain proceeding which occurred on July 31, 2014, in the above-entitled matter.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers filed having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the subject transcripts are properly part of the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 15, 2022, the respondent shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, a digital copy of the transcript of the proceeding which occurred on July 31, 2014, as an exhibit.
