Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 2021. Motion by Cooper Square Commmittee, Senator Cordell Cleare, Charles Gilbert, Ph.D., Legal Aid Society, Morri Markowitz, M.D., New York City Coalition to End Lead Poisoning, New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund, New York Public Interest Research Group Fund, Inc., Councilmember Bill Perkins, Tenants Political Action Committee, and WE ACT for Environmental Justice, for leave to file an amici curiae brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the amici curiae shall serve and file their brief on the parties, via NYSCEF on or before June 19, 2022, and, if so advised, the parties may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 30 days after the amici curiae briefs are served; no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted.
