DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Clifford Dukes for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 19, 2021. Separate motion by Joanna Ormita Dukes for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to appeal to this Court and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person is denied as academic.
