| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Leigh E. Sprague for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Sprague was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 12, 2000. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 3, 2014, Mr. Sprague was disbarred, effective December 16, 2013, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto,
it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Leigh E. Sprague does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
