DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 24, 2022. Motion by City of New York for leave to file an amicus curiae brief. Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the amici curiae briefs shall be served and filed via NYSCEF on or before June 23, 2022; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae briefs within 10 days after the service upon them of the amici curiae briefs.
