Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 25, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the enforcement of the order is stayed, the remand of the subject children Jayson L. C.-C. and Rafael C.-C. to the petitioner-appellant and the placement of the subject child Alaric C. to the nonrespondent paternal grandmother is continued, and the respondents-respondents shall have visitation in accordance with the orders in effect at the time the order dated April 25, 2022, was issued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
