| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 30, 2021. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay certain small claims assessment review proceedings pursuant to Real Property Tax Law article 7 or, in the alternative, to stay certain proceedings pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review such determinations, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
