Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered June 10, 2021 (CAF 21-01039 and CAF 21-01040) and September 22, 2021 (CAF 22-00313), and respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the orders entered June 10, 2021, and to consolidate the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect is extended to June 6, 2022, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted.
