Motion by appellant to stay the trial pending the determination of the appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered October 25, 2021 and December 28, 2021, respectively. Separate motion by respondents to dismiss the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are consolidated for the purpose of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied as moot. The appeals were withdrawn by stipulation of the parties on April 8, 2022.
