| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 27, 2022. Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the enforcement of the order is stayed, the remand of the subject child to the petitioner-appellant is continued, and the respondent-respondent shall have visitation in accordance with the orders in effect at the time the order dated April 27, 2022, was issued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
