| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Ira C. Podlofsky for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Podlofsky was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 1, 1980. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 12, 2018, Mr. Podlofsky was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing on October 12, 2018, based on four charges of professional misconduct.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Ira C. Podlofsky does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
