DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated February 1, 2022, and March 14, 2022, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the orders as, in effect, vacated an order of the same court dated January 13, 2021, suspending the Support Collection Unit's garnishment of the appellant's wages effective December 22, 2020, and directing the appellant to pay child support to his attorney to be placed in escrow, which was in effect until November 27, 2021, and as, in effect, permitted the appellant's attorney to release the subject funds held in escrow, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the enforcement of so much of the orders as, in effect, vacated an order of the same court dated January 13, 2021, suspending the Support Collection Unit's garnishment of the appellant's wages effective December 22, 2020, and directing the appellant to pay child support to his attorney to be placed in escrow, which was in effect until November 27, 2021, and as, in effect, permitted the appellant's attorney to release the subject funds held in escrow, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
