DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, rendered June 21, 2021, to compel court reporter Gail Savastano to furnish transcripts of all proceedings from specific court dates.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and court reporter Gail Savastano is directed to furnish appellant's attorney with the transcripts from the proceedings on May 24, 2021, June 7, 2021, and June 21, 2021, within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the City Court of White Plains shall serve a copy of this decision & order upon court reporter Gail Savastano by certified mail within 7 days of the date of this order, and shall file proof of service with this court within 14 days of the date of this order.
