The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Christopher C. Runko, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, rendered July 15, 2021, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 14, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before July 20, 2022; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
