On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated June 8, 2022, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Luis Rafael Figueroa from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 30, 2022. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Maria A. Patrizio, dated May 2, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
